- An integrated interface for setting up simple workflows within a domain.
- Such an interface would provide the ability to define processes or pipelines for the flow of documents through different definable stages.
- Definition of processes would be in an intuitive, drag and drop interface without the need for scripting but with scripting as an option for process/workflow feature augmentation.
- Notification and clear indication of the current status of each document by pipeline or process through emails, sms and dashboard reports.
- Heavy pipeline/process integration with email and google tasks for a seamless work experience and easy adoption by users.
- Google could offer an excellent CRM with all it's existing apps just by expanding it's existing Contacts interface to include automatic history of all call traffic, chats, emals and document sharing and comment transactions for a contact. Prompts for conversation notes after a call along with the ability to subscribe to notifications would help users keep customer history up to date for everyone in the domain.
- Release Google+ as a service for Apps. Hangouts would be an excellent tool for meetings with the new document sharing features.
