How do you create a nonhuman account on Google Apps?

This is easily done in the control panel using an alias on an existing account.

Log into your Google Apps control panel.
Pull up the user who should receive emails from "info@company-domain.com"
Create an alias "info@company-domain.com" for the user.
Now all emails sent to info@company-domain.com will go to this users inbox.
If you have turnover or want the emails to go to someone else, Delete the alias on the account and give it to someone else.

Another solution you may like is

  1. create an email account with the username of support@company-domain.com
  2. set a password for the account
  3. Log into the account and open up the email settings.
  4. Set up each of your support staff as delegates for the account. Under "Accounts" look for "Grant access to your account:
(Allow others to read and send mail on your behalf)"

Setting up other users as delegates on an account allows them to access and answer another accounts email and even send emails on behalf of that account. It's great for an overworked executive who needs help with their inbox -or a customer service account that you want several people to access and send email from. Mails sent by delegates are labeled:
From: support@company-domain.com
Sent by: [delegates-username]@company-domain.com
