I personally don't post a lot and find it very time consuming when I do.
Mainly because it involves posting in at least two different places if not five.
Special thanks to +Daniel Treadwell for developing a plugin for WordPress that handles my situation. I can now post to my blog, facebook, twitter, and linkedin all from within Google Plus.
You'll need a WordPress website in order to do this.
First head over to Daniel Treadwell's site and grab his awesome plugin at
http://www.minimali.se/google+blog/ and install it on your site.
Then follow the instructions to set it up to grab and publish your Google Plus posts.
Next head over to dlvr.it and set up an account. Grab the RSS feed from your WordPress site which is always: yoursitename.com/feed
Next, tell dlvr.it where you want your post feed sent. Done.

3. Pushed out to my social media accounts as updates, tweets and actions.
