- Enable "Undo send" in the settings under the labs tab. This delays sending of your email for about 7 seconds after you click send. It allowy you to decide against sending something and fix blunders in addressing etc.
- Write a google apps script to send emails based on events that happen in a spreadsheet.
- Write your emails and save them as a draft (happens automatically too) then you can leave them in your draft folder until you are ready to send them.
